Rear Compartment Lid Does Not Stay Open on Vehicles Equipped with Accessory Spoiler Condition/Concern Some customers may comment that the rear compartment (trunk) lid lowers at a faster rate, or unintentionally closes, after a dealer accessory spoiler is installed. The accessory spoiler installation requires specific rear compartment lid struts to accommodate the additional weight of the spoiler. These struts may not have been packaged with the accessory spoiler kit.

PIC60142017-08-15. Service bulletin. LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES; LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES:DOORS:LATCH; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have the door locks will unlock immediately after auto locking usually at startup or while driving. Technician will need to remove power from the Sensing and Diagnostic Module. If doors no longer unlock unwanted the Sensing and Diagnostic Module should be replaced.
