A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

With an outside temperature below 14ºF, brake booster vacuum may be reduced after a cold start. The non-return valve in the vacuum line to the brake booster may stick at temperatures below 14ºF. Sufficient vacuum supply is available again at the brake booster only after the vehicle is driven (approximately 1/4 mile).
BMWNOV05132018-12-03. Service bulletin. PARKING BRAKE. A Delivery Stop has been issued on certain 2014 model year F01, F02 and F15 vehicles produced from June 2013 to mid October 2013. A fault in the parking brake (EMF) switch could cause a Check Control message (Parking Brake Failure) to display. However, all braking functions, including the parking brake and switch continue to operate properly in this case. Affected vehicles in center inventory must not be delivered until the parking brake switch has been replaced. Parking brake switches for the F15 must be ordered VIN-specific. Refer to Service Information bulletin B61 20 13 for the part number and complete instructions. Parts for the F01 and F02 are not available at this time. An availability update will be provided by November 20 (1 week).
6120132018-11-13. Service bulletin. PARKING BRAKE; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. "Service Action: Replace EMF Switch. An electrical malfunction in the EMF (Electromechanical Parking Brake) switch can cause an erroneous Check Control Message to be displayed. The parking brake functions properly. EMF switch hardware error AFFECTED VEHICLES This Service Action involves F01, F02 and F15 vehicles which were produced from June 2013 to October 2013. In order to determine whether a specific vehicle has had this Service Action completed or is affected by this Service Action, first check the B-pillar label for code number 658. If code number 658 has been punched out, the campaign has already been performed. If code number 658 has not been punched out, it will be necessary to utilize the ""Service Menu"" of DCSnet (Dealer Communication System) or the Key Reader. Based on the response of the system, either proceed with the corrective action or take no further action."
B3702142018-11-05. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:ANTILOCK/TRACTION CONTROL/ELECTRONIC LIMITED SLIP:WHEEL SPEED SENSOR/TONE RING. This Service Information bulletin supersedes SI 37 02 14 dated February 2015. Unfavorable tolerances for the plug-in connections of the wheel acceleration sensors may result in fault code memory entries and the VDC being deactivated. If the VDC control unit identifies an implausable value from one of the wheel acceleration sensors, the VDC will be deactivated and the driver is informed by a Check Control message. The vehicle then defaults to the conventional suspension.

B3405162018-11-05. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES. CBS BRAKE PAD CALCULATION AND CORRECTION. When a vehicle comes into the workshop for any repair or maintenance job, the bundling calculator recommends a brake maintenance checkup. No brake warning light is illuminated. CBS shows 3,107 miles or slightly higher for the next brake service displayed via Key Reader, or vehicle's Control Display (in Vehicle Info/Status/Service required/Brake pads) CAUSE CBS calculates the remaining brake pad wear based on brake pressure, speed, vehicle specific parameters (i.e. NAO pads), brake temperature as well as cumulative brake application time. Due to variation of these parameters and outside environmental influences, this calculation can deviate from the real brake pad wear. Starting from the above-mentioned production dates of the vehicles indicated, the CBS brake pad wear calculation has been changed, and is now based only on the brake pad wear sensor. Important Note: To avoid a too-slow wear prediction, the CBS brake model will estimate the need for repairs, in some cases, rather early. Calculation will level at 3,107 miles and stay at this value until the CBS brake pad wear sensor is triggered. https://www.bmwtis.net/tiscode/cgi-bin/bulletin.aspx?sie_path=/tsb/bulletins/htm_store/36...11/8/2016 Page 2 of 2 After the sensor is triggered, the CBS mileage will count down indicating to the customer that the brake repairs will be due.
