The discontinuation of 3G cellular communication for Combox, TCB 3G and ATM 3G (Telematics ControlModule) can no longer be supported by the cellular network provider starting February 2022. The decision to phase out 3G network technology was made at the discretion of the respective cellular carriers and lies beyond the control of BMW. Due to the phase-out, BMW Assist and ConnectedDrive services will no longer be supported after this date.

Roads can change by up to 15% every year. To ensure the best navigation experience, we do everything in our power to create the best maps. Your reports help us to detect changes in your area and keep future versions of our maps as accurate as possible. Therefore, a road map error or missing data must be reported directly to the map supplier.

MC61922476012018-12-10. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE. Shift assist does not function after performing SIB 23 001 15 (017) DME software upgrade. This is due to a progrm fault in ISTA/p version 3.56.0.
MC62571524_032018-12-10. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE. During programming ith ISTA/P software version3.58.2.001. a programming abort occurred. Afterwards the vehicle is inoperative and can no longer be started. Repeated programming is not possible with this tversion. Software bug.
MC61326052018-11-13. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:ANTI-THEFT DEVICES; EXTERIOR LIGHTING:TURN SIGNAL; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE. After activation of th ealarm system, the turn signals remain on for 1 minute. Previously they turned off automatically. Software malfunction.

This Service Information bulletin Replaces SI B65 20 16 dated June 2016. After starting the vehicle, the Control Display (CID) right side (split screen) display does not stay on the last selection made by the driver. Within 30 seconds of starting the right side of the display changes by itself to the compass view. Software error (Head Unit NBT-EVO ID5) was introduced with ISTA/P V3.58.0 (16-03-502 I Level).
