Service bulletins for the 2011 Audi Q7

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

1054 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

26 14 24 20382952022-05-31. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:COOLING SYSTEM:PUMP. Refill AdBlue warning comes on prematurely with no faults stored
A1922272025303122022-02-04. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:COOLING SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT. This bulletin contains instructions for identifying and mixing factory fill coolants.
A9020652032113_42020-09-03. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:COOLING SYSTEM. This information bulletin contains a background on the outside air temperature reading.
A011383 2033001-2017-11-17. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:COOLING SYSTEM. MIL on. DTC P0491 and P0492 (Secondary Air System Insufficient Flow, Bank 1/2) are stored at the same time. Mileage is greater than 15,000 miles. Under certain driving conditions, the secondary air ports in the cylinder head can accumulate carbon over time, causing a restriction.
A801406 2033806-2017-11-08. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:COOLING SYSTEM. Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 80 number 13-05 dated September 11, 2013. Malfunction Indicator Lamp is on. Climate system heating performance is insufficient. Coolant level warning is on. Engine temperature is elevated. "Limp Home" mode is active. Faults are stored in the transmission control module (address word 02). Coolant loss is found from one or more control valves: N82, N509, or N488. Coolant may have migrated into the wiring harness through the connector and into various control units. Climate system heating performance is insufficient due to coolant loss, or due to a faulty N82 control valve. Inspection of the coolant control valves N82, N509, or N488 reveals the presence of coolant inside the electrical connector as shown in the illustration. The connectors, wiring harness, and/or connected control units may have been damaged from exposure to coolant.
A191449 2036852-2017-11-08. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:COOLING SYSTEM:FAN. Cooling fans stay on after engine is turned off. The cooling fans may operate for up to 10 minutes after the engine is turned off. This function is mapped to specific driving patterns and vehicle operating modes (for example, DPF regeneration). This is normal operation, and no parts should be replaced.
A171346 2030197-2017-10-31. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:COOLING SYSTEM; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 17 number 13-45 dated October 23, 2013. Customer complains of excessive oil consumption. In order to provide effective lubrication and cooling of internal engine components, all internal combustion engines consume a certain amount of engine oil. Oil consumption varies from engine to engine and may change significantly over the life of the engine. Typically, engines with specified break-in periods consume more oil during the break-in period, and the oil consumption will stabilize after the break-in period. Refer to the Owner?s Manual for specific break-in procedures. Under normal conditions, the rate of oil consumption depends on the quality and viscosity of the oil, the RPM at which the engine is operated, the ambient temperature, and road conditions. Additional factors are the amount of oil dilution from water condensation or fuel residue, and the oxidation level of the oil. Under certain driving conditions, internal engine pressure conditions in the 3.0 TFSI engine can negatively influence the rate of oil consumption. This can occur while the vehicle is operated in city driving conditions, for example: stop and go traffic with extended idle periods.
A191558 2036852-2017-10-21.
