No XM Audio, Rear View Camera Issues, Favorite Stations Stored Twice and/or Disappear Condition/Concern • No audio on startup in XM. • iPhone does not detect if user disconnects iPhone during certification process. • When receiving an incoming call through OnStar Hands Free Calling system, the vehicle does not ring. It will show on the screen. • FM Timeshift not functioning properly. • HD Switching Toggle Setting does not function. • Favorites stored Twice or disappear. • Noise is played during the TimeShift recoding. • A/C Mode icon is displayed when vehicle is not equipped with A/C. • The folder track is not played when the folder is pressed for a long time. • Missing Forward Collision Warning Chime on vehicles base audio system, Forward Collision Alert and/or Adaptive Cruise. • Long press of the knob when highlighting a browse folder, sometime changes the media source from SD card to USB and when user releases the push knob, it brings the Media Menu back instead of showing the now playing screen for USB and SD card. • The USB only works with Apple products (iPhone). • Rear View Camera Issues: • When shifting from Drive to Reverse is less than 3 seconds, the display will not transition to the rear view camera screen. • When shifting from Drive to Reverse is more than 3 seconds, the display may be blank and will not show the rear view camera message “Check Surrounding for Safety.”

PI1187C	2021-04-21. Service bulletin. Information on Inside Rear View Mirror and Camera Loose Some customers may comment that the inside rear view mirror or front camera is loose or that the mirror/camera mounting bracket is loose or has fallen off. If a vehicle is encountered with the above condition, do not attempt to reinstall the bracket onto the windshield. The above listed vehicles have a revised bracket design that is not serviceable. It is necessary to replace the windshield glass assembly. The bracket comes installed on the new glass assembly. Refer to Windshield Replacement in SI.
PIC4996C	2021-04-19. Service bulletin. This PI offers diagnostic tips to a technician when diagnosing a possible fuel level sensor concern. The tech is advised to ohm test the sensor at the terminals located on top of the fuel module while performing a sweep test. If the test fails the technician is instructed to replace the sensor and then perform the sweep test again. If the test passes the technician is instructed to reinstall the fuel module in the tank and if the test fails with the new sensor the technician is advised to replace the fuel module.
