NHTSA's summary

Certain 2013-2016 Model Year F-Series Super Duty 6.7L Diesel and 2015-2019 Model Year Transit 3.2L Diesel Vehicles – Front NOx Sensor Warranty Extension In all of the affected vehicles, the onboard diagnostic (OBD) system initially contained a software error that prevented illumination of the malfunction indicator light (MIL) if a certain fault was present in the front NOx sensor. Since the PCM was reprogrammed under Emissions Recall 21E01, the OBD system is now able to detect this NOx sensor fault previously masked by the software error and can light the MIL if this fault is found to be present

SSM 524762024-05-03. Service bulletin. All accessory stick-on keyless entry keypads come with a wallet card containing the master code. If the accessory keypad was factory installed, this card will be placed in the glove box and should be handed to the vehicles owner during initial delivery. Unlike the integrated (wired) factory keypad, the accessory keypad master code cannot be retrieved from the vehicle using a diagnostic scan tool. If the wallet card for an accessory keypad is lost, follow these steps to recover the code. Dealer Key Code access is granted through the Dealer Program Enrollment System (DPES); dealership management can authorize users. The authorized user must go to FMCDealer.com > Parts and Service > Parts Product Line Information > Keys/Entry Devices > Aftermarket Keyless Entry Keypad Code Access. Follow the instructions on the screen to obtain the master code for the accessory keypad.
SSM 519472023-10-06. Service bulletin. Some 2015-2019 F-Super Duty and 2015-2020 F-150/Mustang vehicles may require replacement of the powertrain control module (PCM) for various reasons. While performing a programmable module installation (PMI) using the Integrated Diagnostic Service (IDS) scan tool, an error message may state: Configuration Failed, Would You Like To Retry? This may be due to improper module replacement steps. Make sure that the original module is installed in the vehicle, delete the vehicle session, then start a new vehicle session. Once the session starts, run the PCM PMI and install the new PCM only when the scan tool instructs. Finish the PMI by following the prompts given by IDS. If the original PCM is not available, it is possible to configure the module by running as-built programming on the PCM. When IDS asks to obtain part numbers or configuration data, select configuration data.
SSM 519372023-10-05. Service bulletin. Some vehicles equipped with power folding mirrors may exhibit power folding mirrors that are inoperative or exhibit a clicking sound. This may be due to the mirrors being manually folded in, during transportation, going through a car wash, bumped in a parking lot, or found during pre-delivery inspection (PDI). Prior to the replacement of any components, attempt to synchronize the mirrors by following the Power Mirrors Synchronization procedure. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM) Section 501-09 Rear View Mirrors - General Procedures - Power Mirrors Synchronization.

SSM 506512022-05-04. Service bulletin. In various 2017-2022 Ford and Lincoln vehicles, customers may receive a message in the FordPass or LincolnWay App stating "Feature Unavailable. Since this is a fleet vehicle, it cannot access the (SYNC Connect) FordPass or LincolnWay app through the TCU Embedded Modem. If this message appears, the vehicle may be equipped with a fleet telematics module. Replacement of the TCU or TCU related repairs will not prevent this message from appearing. Please refer the customer to in app FordPass Guides or LincolnWay Concierge Teams to aid with fleet telematics removal. Open app, select Account > Help > CHAT or CALL option
SSM 506592022-04-13. Service bulletin. Some 2017-2022 Transit Connect/Transit/Explorer vehicles equipped with a fleet telematics global positioning system (GPS) and a connected human machine interface (HMI) radio (CHR) may experience concerns with rear camera zoom, wrong map matching or a blank display. If these concerns are present, it's likely to be a software issue caused by the audio control module (ACM) that can be remedied by updating the ACM software to the latest level with the FDRS application. If the update does not resolve the concern, refer to the Workshop Manual. For claiming, use causal part 18C869 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
SSM 506362022-03-29. Service bulletin. 2011-2022 F-Super Duty and 2016-2023 F-650/F-750 vehicles equipped with a 6.7L engine may exhibit an elevated idle condition. During prolonged idle time, vehicles may experience this elevated idle to reduce unburned hydrocarbons from the SCR. The powertrain control module estimates hydrocarbon levels in the SCR and may increase idle speed to remove them. Idle speed will be increased to 1000 RPM for ambient temperatures near 26°C (80°F) and may increase to 1200 RPM at -40 °C (-40°F). Vehicles may exhibit exhaust smoke and diesel exhaust fluid smell during elevated idle condition. Exhaust smoke and smell condition will not affect reliability or durability of the engine. Power take-off (PTO) use and idle set point control will disable elevated speed. It is required that the operator monitor the vehicle and adhere to any Exhaust Filter warning messages.
SSM 505882022-03-22. If these concerns are present, it's likely to be a software issue caused by the audio control module (ACM) that can be remedied by the following: If the existing ACM software level is at H1BT-14G298-GS or higher, update the ACM software with the FDRS application or, if the ACM software level is H1BT-14G298-GR or lower, it cannot be updated and the ACM will need to be replaced with the latest level part number.
