24PBE	2025-12-05. Service campaign. The right-hand shift stalk may have an improper wire harness terminal crimp within the wire harness connector. Loss of communication between the right-hand shift stalk and the vehicle may result in the vehicle being disabled after it comes to a stop, thereby increasing the risk of crash or injury. A warning will appear on the dash display when communication is lost, including transmission or engine warnings, “!” next to DNR/DNRP indicator, “-“ in the DNR/DNRP indicator, and/or chimes, depending upon whether you are operating a diesel/gas or battery electric vehicle.

Condition, Chassis Affected, and Warranty sections updated with the following verbiage “E311 must be flagged and open in Service Information Record (SIR) at the time of RO open date to qualify.” Also, “Through Standard Warranty or any applicable active Extended Warranty” verbiage was removed from Warranty section.
T016 / 26-040	2025-06-05. Service bulletin. T016: Warranty section updated to include 0.5 hours for test drive. Recommended Repair T016C has been updated from 6.4 hours to 6.9 hours. SRT codes updated in PRWS Claim Coding Table: B25-17A for 6.9 hours created to replace all other codes. 26-040: Warranty section updated to include 0.5 hours for test drive. 02-194	2024-12-02. Service bulletin. Fix-As-Fail The window switch fails prematurely due to excessive amperage flowing through the window switch circuit. A new door harness design has been developed to prevent failures. Fix-As-Fail start date is 11/11/2024.
7-700	2024-11-05. Warranty extension. 7/700 Service Agreement - Letter Only.
1210F	2024-11-04. Service bulletin. 1210F - SPL 170XL Interaxle Driveline Warranty section has been updated with descriptions of Recommended Repairs and an updated PRWS Claim Coding table has been added.
24PBE	2024-04-03. Service bulletin. INTERIM Safety Recall Parts are not currently available for this safety recall. This bulletin will be updated once repair parts are available. The right-hand shift stalk may have an improper wire harness terminal crimp within the wire harness connector. A transmission fault will appear on the dash display if communication is lost.
45-065	2023-10-03. Service bulletin. Certain 579 MLU chassis equipped with Cummins X15 engines have fan hub bracket hardware that are incorrect for the application and/or under torqued and could become loose and/or fail. Procedures are available to replace and properly torque the hardware.
23-005	2022-11-04. Service bulletin. Clutch pedal linkage lubrication service interval information is missing from the Service manual for Model 365, 367, and 389 chassis.
