Service bulletin TSB 19-2213
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Some 2019 Edge/Nautilus/Transit Connect vehicles equipped with a 8F35 transmission may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P0766 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) and/or intermittent or delayed reverse engagement concerns. This may be due to contamination in the main control valve body separator plate orifice. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure steps to clean the contamination from the main control plate.
