The bulletin dated December 4, 2019 has been revised to include 4800 Models. Beginning 04/01/2019 Western Star cab doors were updated to a new style regulator and window. When replacing an older style regulator or window the vehicle must be retrofitted to the new style regulator and window.

The rubber that is rolling back is actually a rubber tape. Originally, the mirrors did not have this tape. Velvac added the tape to address some whistling complaints from customers.
