The oil may leak due to a crack in the plug from the VVT pulley Replace both plugs in both VVT-pulleys according to the attached instruction. ANC = Active Noise Control The vehicle?s radio may be heard in the background on the opposite side (land-side) of a call made from a phone connected to Sensus Connect infotainment via Bluetooth. This happens because the microphone?s phantom feed for ANC is picking up this sound. It is not heard in the vehicle because media/radio audio is muted during the Bluetooth call. The audio heard may come from either FM, AM, or SiriusXM sources.

This document is a Technical Journal: Effective immediately, all 12V batteries may be tested using the hand held battery tester 9513030 (BT3300). The VIDA test is still available but no longer required. For battery replacements under warranty, the code generated by the BT3300 must be manually copied into the repair order text. It must also be printed and attached to the hard copy of the repair order.
