Text only no attachments - If a customer complains it is not possible to download third-party apps (only ICUP MY2026 cars affected) follow advice under "Service". Workaround is to perform a "IHU factory reset". analysis will now continue to find the root cause and provide a better improvement.

This is a TJ - Text and 2 Attachments - 1 .PDF file and 1 .MOV file - We’re currently investigating an issue where the navigation map in the driver display may appear as a red and white checkerboard or may not show at all (black screen), either at start-up or while driving.
 To temporarily resolve the issue, press and hold the Home button on the center display for 20 seconds to restore the map view.
 We’re working on an improvement, and this information will be updated as soon as a countermeasure is available.
37784.1.02026-04-07. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER. If the customer complains about a significant HV battery SoC drop after parking, please follow the advice under "service". In cold weather (50°F and below) when the SoC is below 40% the indicated SoC may drop by approximately 10-15%. The correct SoC value is the one displayed when the vehicle is initially parked. The range will slowly recover and will be completely recovered after HV battery charge.

If the coolant pump has an active leak, a photo must be taken prior to replacement (see example as in attached picture TJ_36923_3). The photo showing the active water pump leak on the vehicle must be saved for the TMA photo return process and provided when requested.
 Sealing improvements have been made to PNs 32382367, 32441161 and 32382368, but the part numbers are unchanged. To assist with identification of improved parts, a marking has been added to the parts: an "X," as shown in the attached document TJ_36923_1.pdf.
 If you receive a replacement pump that does not have the "X" marking, please return it and order a replacement

Vehicles equipped with the large HBAT27 (82?kWh) battery are capable of DC charging at up to 205?kW, provided certain conditions are met—such as a low State of Charge (<20% SoC) and active battery preconditioning (by selecting a DC charger in Google Maps at least 20 minutes before arrival).
