A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| V-16-07-01 | 2020-08-31. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:INSTRUMENT PANEL:SPEEDOMETER/ODOMETER. Victory engineering has determined that some early Octane speedometers were manufactured using insufficient adhesive under the dial face. As the dial face becomes warm in ambient sunlight, the adhesive may release causing the dial face to rise and contact the needle. Riders may notice the speedometer needle hang up during operation and not return to zero. |
