20112212011-06-07. Steering. On certain motorcycles, the handlebar clamps and risers may have been manufactured incorrectly, allowing the handlebar to move from its set position. This could result in a loss of vehicle control and a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the handlebar clamps and risers.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
