TSB: Some 2021 model year Avalon, 2020 ? 2022 model year Camry, and 2019 ? 2022 model year RAV4 vehicles equipped with an A25A-FKS engine may exhibit reduced engine power and/or a MIL ON condition with one or more of the following throttle body Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) present in freezing temperatures: ?P01201C: Throttle / Pedal Position Sensor / Switch ?A? Circuit Voltage Out of Range. ?P210015: Throttle Actuator ?A? Control Motor Circuit Short to Battery or Open. ?P210019: Throttle Actuator ?A? Control Motor Circuit Current Above Threshold. ?P211172: Throttle Actuator ?A? Control System Actuator Stuck Open. The Engine Control Module (ECM) (SAE term: Powertrain Control Module/PCM) logic and the fuel pump assembly have been modified to address these conditions. TSB0032202023-10-16. Service bulletin. VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL; AIR BAGS; EQUIPMENT. TSB: Replacement certification labels (the vinyl label installed on the driver door or door post) and VIN plates (the metal plate riveted to dashboard) (see Figure 1) for most 1979 ? 2023 model year vehicles may be available provided the requests meet the criteria listed in this Service Bulletin. TSB: Some 2019 ? 2022 model year RAV4 and RAV4 Hybrid and 2021 ? 2022 model year RAV4 Prime vehicles may exhibit a sloshing or splashing noise from inside one or more door panels when driving, opening and/or closing a door, and/or braking. This condition is caused by a cavity wax/debris/substance that may block door drain holes and restrict water from draining properly. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition
T-TT-0539-192019-05-13. Service bulletin. ENGINE; SERVICE BRAKES; VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL:ACCELERATOR PEDAL. TT: This Tech Tip applies to 2019 model year RAV4 Adventure/Limited grade equipped with torque vectoring AWD system ONLY. Some customers may experience a buzz/groan at 20-30 mph when accelerating from a stop and/or at 13-20 mph on deceleration after driving the vehicle for 15-20 minutes or more. This condition occurs with ?Normal? drive mode selected.
