On certain buses equipped with a Ricon "S" or "K" series wheelchair lift platform, the threshold warning system may not detect the presence of a wheelchair/mobility aid user in a certain area within the defined threshold area. This scenario could cause personal injuries to a user. Correction: Dealers will replace the threshold warning system metal covers & optical sensors. |

In the event of an emergency, a person on the outside of the bus may break the door handle trying to open the emergency exit, potentially delaying evacuation and increasing the risk of personal injury to the vehicle's occupants. Correction: Dealers will replace the aluminium handles with more robust versions. |
