Service bulletins for the 2026 Tesla Model Y

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

SB-26-11-0012026-03-04. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY. On some Model Y Standard vehicles, the gap between the front door glass run seals and the moving glass might not meet Tesla specifications, resulting in high-pitched wind noise from the A-pillar areas when the vehicle is driven at high speed. Upon customer complaint, inspect the gap between the front door glass run seal and the moving glass on both front doors. If the gap on either side is 0.5 mm or greater, replace both front door glass run seals.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
