20255262025-10-02. Lights And Instruments. Issue: On a small number of vehicles, a problem with the reverse lamp wiring could cause them not to work. Note: This problem would cause a warning message to display in the instrument cluster. Safety Risk: Reverse lamps that don't work could cause others not to recognize when a vehicle is backing up and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Tesla will notify owners by email and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and repair or replace the reverse lamp wiring, as necessary.
