20264432026-09-17. Visual System. Issue: Under certain conditions, a software problem could cause the rearview camera image to be blocked. Canadian regulations require the rearview image to display while the transmission is in reverse gear. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Rivian will notify owners by email. Rivian has released an over-the-air software update to fix this problem. There is no further action required if your vehicle has software release 2026.23.0 or a later release.
20260092026-01-15. Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain vehicles, the second-row outboard seat belt retractor(s) may not have been installed properly. As a result, the seat belts could loosen or detach in a crash. Safety Risk: A seat belt that detaches in a crash could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Rivian recommends that you shouldn't transport passengers in the second-row outboard seats until the recall repairs are completed. Rivian will notify owners by email and advise you to take your vehicle to a Rivian service center to inspect and, if necessary, secure the seat belt retractor(s).
20260022026-01-05. Suspension. Issue: On certain vehicles, the rear suspension toe link(s) may not have been properly reinstalled after service. As a result, the toe link(s) could become loose or separate. If this happens, there could be reduced vehicle stability. Safety Risk: Reduced vehicle stability could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Rivian will notify owners by email and advise you to take your vehicle to a Rivian service center to inspect and, if necessary, replace the rear suspension toe link bolt(s).
20242922024-05-24. Lights And Instruments. Issue: On certain vehicles, the headlamps may not be aimed correctly. As a result, the vehicles may not meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations. Safety Risk: Headlamps that aren't properly aimed can reduce visibility and could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Rivian will notify owners by mail and advise you to bring your vehicle to a Rivian service center to inspect and, if necessary, adjust the headlamps.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
