The national launch for the FOTA will begin July 21, 2021. Customers may experience one or more of the following: SOS, Automatic SOS (ASOS) , assist calls not showing correct location(DT Vehicles with UAX and UCX Only). GPS inaccuracies(DT Vehicles with UAX or UCX Only). Uconnect radio apps are inoperable(DT Vehicles with UAX or UCX Only). SXM® button are greyed out(DT Vehicles with UAX or UCX Only). Take vehicle scan and config report so we can verify s/w, DTCs, and vehicle config 3. If rear camera is not functioning, disconnect and reconnect the camera to ensure that the same camera is still not functioning. We want to ensure that the connection at the rear camera is secure. 4. Audio cutting in and out during memory recall. Ring tone too loud. AM/FM volume fluctuates. While in CarPlay® or Android Auto Google® maps showing wrong location. Phone disconnected after first call. Black screen or White screen with vertical lines. Personal Identification Number (PIN) clears and volume locked while KeySense is used. Audio static while in SXM/SAT modes. Echo heard during Bluetooth phone calls. The radio is locked up. The radio remains on after ignition has been turned off. The radio resets. The radio screen turns black. Intermittently requires an anti-theft code to be entered. Software update also includes software enhancement.SXM sound and behavior improvements.
