It also involves changing the engine oil with new 5W40 engine oil and applying a sticker to the engine oil filler cap. An addendum card will need to be added in the owner's manual. It will appear raised either left or right of center. Please photograph the condition, measure the gap between the bumper and step pad. We may want to have the whole bumper assembly returned for study. ~ If the dealership is within the Metro Detroit Area, Mihaela would like to analyze the vehicle in person prior to repair. ~ If the dealership is not close, please take pictures and a detailed description of what is causing the issue including where on the Step Pad the issue is occurring.
