SEATS. 2016-2018 TITAN/TITAN XD; VISIBLE VIBRATION IN FRONT PASSENGER SEAT AT 60-80 MPH WHEN UNOCCUPIED IF YOU CONFIRM The front passenger seat has a visible vibration/movement that only occurs at speeds between 60 mph and 80 mph And Vibration/movement can be reproduced while driving on smooth roads (vibration/movement not caused by road surface) And All tires are in balance and road force vibration is within specifications (see NTB11-062). ACTION Replace the front passenger seatback assembly and front passenger headrest. IMPORTANT: The purpose of ACTION (above) is to give you a quick idea of the work you will be performing. SEATS. 2015-2019 MURANO AND 2016-2019 TITAN; CLIMATE CONTROLLED SEAT INOPERATIVE IF YOU CONFIRM The driver or passenger side climate controlled seat: - Heating and cooling features do not operate And - The harness connector or control unit of the climate controlled seat appears as shown in Figure 3 or Figure 5. ACTION Perform the following to the affected seat: A. Replace the climate controlled seat control unit. B. Drill a hole for the new harness clip. C.
