Nissan Original Equipment or Genuine Accessory Alloy wheels, along with their finish coating (clear, chrome, titanium, etc.), are specifically developed to achieve Nissan design and performance standards. These Original Equipment or Genuine Accessory wheels are subjected to testing to ensure they meet Nissan's standards. Nissan Original Equipment Alloy or Genuine Accessory wheels subjected to aftermarket chroming may no longer continue to meet these standards and may be seriously damaged. Therefore, Nissan most strongly discourages, and recommends that these wheels NEVER be subjected to, aftermarket chroming. See this bulletinfor further detail.
NTB13031A2021-05-10. Service bulletin. BACK OVER PREVENTION; SERVICE BRAKES; WHEELS; EQUIPMENT. IF YOU CONFIRM: A creak type noise (like walking on a wood floor) coming from the rear brakes as the brake pedal is applied. - This noise is usually heard when applying the brake pedal at very low speeds i.e. parking lot speeds AND / OR - When applying the brake pedal while the vehicle is stopped. ACTION: Replace both rear wheel cylinders with those from the Parts Information table below. - Refer to the appropriate section of the Electronic Service Manual for the procedure to replace wheel cylinders. NTB12098A2021-05-10. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT. SERVICE INFORMATION The location of the Navigation (NAVI) SD Map Card has been changed for vehicles being shipped to dealers. - For the Applied Vehicles the NAVI SD Map Card is no longer in the Owners Manual Bag located in the trunk. - The Applied Vehicles now are shipped with the SD Map Card already inserted in the slot on the Face of the NAVI unit. IMPORTANT: SD Map Cards are not interchangeable between different versions of NAVI units and will cause the unit not to work until the original part number is installed. NTB120952021-05-10. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. SERVICE INFORMATION - The Extended Storage Switch (ESS) now includes the enable/disable of BCM transit mode. - Operating the ESS will, at the same time, enable/disable the BCM transit mode with one operation (as opposed to separately on other models). - Together, the ESS and BCM transit mode are now referred to as "Shipping Mode." - The ESS is still located in the fuse panel. - Vehicles are shipped to dealers with the ESS disengaged (Shipping Mode) to help prevent the 12 volt service battery from becoming discharged during shipping and dealership storage. - Dealerships are required to push in the ESS prior to customer delivery. ENGINE; EQUIPMENT. 2013-2018 SENTRA; ENGINE SUPPORT TOOLS SERVICE INFORMATION A new Engine Support Tool and Engine Support Bracket are now available to allow the CVT to be removed from the Applied Vehicles without having to remove the engine. The procedure in this bulletin is different than those that are currently in the Electronic Service Manuals (ESMs), which will be updated with this information at a later date.

BLUETOOTH, USB, AND AUX FUNCTION DIAGNOSTIC TOOL SERVICE INFORMATION The Enhanced Multi-Media Interface Tester (EMMIT) J-51922 is a new special tool that tests the functionality of the following features: Bluetooth o Pairing/Connecting o Phonebook Access Profile o Hands Free Profile (for calls) o Bluetooth Audio test o Message Access Profile (for text messages, if so equipped) USB o Tests USB music playback o Tests USB music browsing capability AUX o Tests AUX Jack playback Use EMMIT to diagnose symptoms related to Bluetooth, USB, and AUX. If EMMIT passes diagnostic tests, the symptom is caused by the customer?s phone and not caused by the AV control unit. DO NOT replace the AV control unit. NOTE: If an AV control unit is replaced for multi-media issues that can be tested with EMMIT, a printed copy of the EMMIT diagnostic results must be included with the returned unit. See page 2 for more information about the EMMIT tool.
