STEERING; EQUIPMENT. 2011-2017 QUEST; STEERING WHEEL SWITCHES SERVICE INFORMATION SERVICE INFORMATION Steering wheel switches are now serviceable on APPLIED VEHICLES. The steering wheel does not need to be replaced when replacing the steering wheel switches. The steering wheel switches are replaced as a set and cannot be replaced separately. Whenever replacing the steering wheel switches for any reason, do NOT replace the steering wheel. When replacing the steering wheel switches, refer to SERVICE PROCEDURE on the next page.

NISSAN; DTC P0456 CAUSED BY EVAP LEAK AT VENT CONTROL VALVE O-RING IF YOU CONFIRM The MIL is ON in an APPLIED VEHICLE with DTC P0456 (EVAP VERY SML LEAK) AND - DTC P0456 is not caused by a loose fuel fill cap (refer to NTB13-097). - An EVAP leak has been detected where the vent control valve mounts to the canister. - The vent control valve O-ring seal is determined to be the cause. ACTION 1. DO NOT REPLACE the vent control valve. 2. Replace the vent control valve O-ring seal (O-ring). - Refer to SERVICE PROCEDURE on page 2.

NISSAN; OIL LEAKING AROUND VALVE TIMING CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE This bulletin applies only to Maxima, Quest, Altima Coupe, Altima, Pathfinder and Murano vehicles equipped with V6 engine OR Titan/Titan XD equipped with VK56 engine IF YOU CONFIRM Engine oil is leaking from a valve timing control solenoid valve, And The valve timing control solenoid valve operates correctly and is not externally damaged. ACTION Replace the valve timing control solenoid valve O-ring with a new one using the Service Procedure starting on page 2.
NTB16-1232017-08-01. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY. PLASTIC INTERIOR TRIM PROTECTIVE COVERING REMOVAL SERVICE INFORMATION Vehicles are delivered with plastic interior trim protective covering on the front and rear seats, front and rear door panel finishers, steering wheel, and sun visors (see examples on page 2). When removing the protective covering, care must be used to avoid scuffs, scrapes, cuts, and other abrasive contact to interior trim components. DO NOT use sharp objects like razor blades, box cutters, knives, etc. when removing the plastic interior trim protective covering. IMPORTANT All soft trim described in this bulletin is on automatic return to NNA. Any trim found damaged in the way described in this bulletin will be charged back to the dealer.
