NAVIGATION FREEZES, BLUETOOTH CALL VOLUME FLUCTUATES, BUTTON ILLUMINATION DIM, OR USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED IF YOU CONFIRM A customer reports any of the following issues: For Maxima - - The Map screen freezes or goes blank while driving on a road that has more than eight lanes traveling in the same direction with a navigation route set. For Murano - - Bluetooth phone call volume fluctuates. - Button illumination is too dim. - iPhone not recognized when connected to USB port. AND - Step 6 on page 4 confirms this bulletin is applicable. See Software Version Check and Software Update Confirmation beginning on page 3 to confirm software version. ACTION Update the Navigation system software using the SD card shown on page 2 and the Service Procedure beginning on page 3.

NTB17-0822017-10-25. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:RECREATIONAL VEHICLE/TRAILER:LPG SYSTEMS:TANK VALVE/GAUGE. NISSAN; DTC P0456 CAUSED BY EVAP LEAK AT VENT CONTROL VALVE O-RING IF YOU CONFIRM The MIL is ON in an APPLIED VEHICLE with DTC P0456 (EVAP VERY SML LEAK) AND - DTC P0456 is not caused by a loose fuel fill cap (refer to NTB13-097). - An EVAP leak has been detected where the vent control valve mounts to the canister. - The vent control valve O-ring seal is determined to be the cause. ACTION 1. DO NOT REPLACE the vent control valve. 2. Replace the vent control valve O-ring seal (O-ring). - Refer to SERVICE PROCEDURE on page 2.

ACTION Replace the valve timing control solenoid valve O-ring with a new one using the Service Procedure starting on page 2.

PLASTIC INTERIOR TRIM PROTECTIVE COVERING REMOVAL SERVICE INFORMATION Vehicles are delivered with plastic interior trim protective covering on the front and rear seats, front and rear door panel finishers, steering wheel, and sun visors (see examples on page 2). When removing the protective covering, care must be used to avoid scuffs, scrapes, cuts, and other abrasive contact to interior trim components. DO NOT use sharp objects like razor blades, box cutters, knives, etc. when removing the plastic interior trim protective covering. IMPORTANT All soft trim described in this bulletin is on automatic return to NNA. Any trim found damaged in the way described in this bulletin will be charged back to the dealer.
