Service bulletins for the 2023 Nissan Frontier

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NTB22-0752022-08-31. Service bulletin. SEATS. DRIVER’S POWER SEAT RECLINES UNINTENTIONALLY SERVICE INFORMATION Refer to the information in this bulletin when diagnosing a customer concern of the driver’s (LH) power seat recline position changing unintentionally on a 2022-2023 Frontier. Not all customer concerns mean there are broken or malfunctioning parts. Use this information to help explain normal operation to the vehicle owner. The driver’s seat recline switch (Figure 1) can be bumped when exiting/entering the vehicle (Figure 2), resulting in unintentional recline of the seat upper. Do not replace the side finisher/switch unless visible damage to the seat switch is present.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
