Fan Coupling Nut Torque Inspection *****Dealer Announcement***** Nissan is conducting a dealer inventory quality action on certain specific 2022-2023 Nissan Armada vehicles identified in Service Comm and National Service History – Open Campaigns. Dealers will inspect the fan coupling nuts and apply the correct torque. Surrounding parts will also be inspected for damage and replaced if necessary. Please follow the attached instructions to remedy any vehicles affected by this dealer inventory quality action. Affected vehicles are subject to stop sale and are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. *****What Dealers Should Do***** PLEASE FOLLOW THE ATTACHED INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality action using Service Comm or DBS National Service History – Open Campaigns I.D. P3A05 • New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). • Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information • Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for campaign applicability. 2. Please do not drive, loan, sell or trade the specific vehicles in dealer inventory subject to this quality action. 3. Use the attached procedure to inspect any vehicles affected by this quality action. 4. SOFTWARE UPDATE FOR INFOTAINMENT ISSUES SERVICE INFORMATION When diagnosing an infotainment issue or after replacement of the AV Control Unit, it is necessary to verify the current software version of the AV Control Unit to determine if a software version update is required. Use the vehicle tables in this bulletin to determine the current software version, if the AV Control Unit requires a software version update, and which procedure to use to update the AV Control Unit. The software updates in this bulletin are to address stability improvements and “bug” fixes. IMPORTANT: If the customer is experiencing a software related concern, refer to NTB21-038 to verify if the customer concern is a hardware or software related issue. If the concern is a software related issue, review the information in this bulletin to update the AV Control Unit as needed.

HINT: The customer may describe that when an iPhone is placed on the Wireless Charger, the indicator light illuminates orange, but after approximately 15 seconds it flashes and turns off, and does not charge the phone. ACTION 1. Confirm the current Wireless Charger part number is in Table 1 on page 4. 2. Reprogram the Wireless Charger, if applicable.
