ACTION First, perform the appropriate diagnostic procedure for the stored code to repair the vehicle according to the Electronic Service Manual (ESM), AND Reprogram the ECM after performing the diagnosis and repair.

IF YOU CONFIRM A moan type noise is heard just after the A/C is turned ON (compressor engages) and lasts for about 10 seconds and/or While the A/C is operating and the compressor clutch cycles from OFF to ON, the moan noise is heard for about 10 seconds. ACTION Replace the low pressure A/C flex hose with the one listed in PARTS INFORMATION. Do NOT replace the compressor for this incident, if it should occur. This bulletin does not apply for compressor clutch locked, squeal noises, or any other A/C malfunctions.

IF YOU CONFIRM One or more of the following is occurring: - The navigation unit intermittently reboots: - At random or while listening to SXM or on a Bluetooth hands-free phone call. - Loud booming noise from speakers while on a Bluetooth hands-free call. - Navigation unit screen illumination does not change at night as designed. - AM/FM signal strength issues. - A status message ?Voice Recognition is initializing, please wait? is displayed when pressing the voice recognition button 2-3 minutes after the ignition is first turned ON. NOTE: If the message is displayed within the first 2-3 minutes this is normal. The voice recognition is loading phonebook contacts into its system. AND - The Software version has been confirmed as ?needs update? (refer to page 4). ACTION - Perform the SERVICE PROCEDURE starting on page 3 and reprogram the Navigation system with USB memory stick shown below.
