THIS TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN (TSB) WAS SENT TO DEALERS TO INFORM THEM THAT SOME VEHICLES WITH ONE-TOUCH START SYSTEM MAY EXHIBIT A CONDITION WHERE THE IGNITION CANNOT BE TURNED OFF WHEN BATTERY VOLTAGE DROPS.
