35-IM-01-132020-03-04. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC. Certain brake vacuum pumps equipped on 2012 i-MiEV vehicles built between December 2, 2011 - September 7, 2012 may become inoperable due to failure of an internal component. If the vacuum pump becomes inoperable, the brake warning light will illuminate and the brake warning buzzer will alert the vehicle operator. Vacuum pump inoperability will result in reduced brake power assist, which may increase stopping distances and could lead to greater risk of crash. Please reference Safety Recall Bulletin SR-13-001 for remediation.
SC-13-0012020-02-11. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. The current internal software programming for the EV-ECU is incompatible with the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment charger produced by Clipper Creek. Use of a Clipper Creek charger could potentially damage the internal components within the i-MiEV electrical system. If this damage occurs, it could potentially affect the i-MiEV's ability to start. This bulletin describes the procedures necessary to update the software programming of the EV-ECU to ensure compatibility between an i-MiEV and the Clipper Creek EVSE.

TSB-12-54-0162020-01-27. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Owners of some affected vehicles may report they can not set the vehicle to "READY" mode in extreme cold weather (approximately -25 C, -13 F). This may be due to a frozen EV control relay. This TSB advises dealers that an improved EV control relay is available to correct this condition, and provides replacement instructions.
