20222142022-04-27. Visual System. Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the rearview camera image not to appear on the central display. Canadian regulations require the rearview image to display when the transmission is shifted into reverse gear. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that does not display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the rearview camera software.

20210762021-02-19. Visual System. Issue: On a small number of vehicles, a software problem could cause a delay in the appearance of the rearview camera image. 20193332019-07-03. Visual System. Issue: Certain vans were built with the wrong type of glass in one or both of the rear-side windows. Tempered glass was used in place of laminated glass. As a result, the vehicles may not meet the ejection mitigation requirements of the Canadian regulations. Safety Risk: Vans built with incorrect side window glass could create a risk of ejection and injury in a rollover or side-impact crash. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their van to a dealer to replace the tempered window glass with laminated glass.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
