A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

When performing vehicle services such as control unit software update, control unit registration/activation, CMU log data retrieval, etc., always do the following: • Use the GR8 battery charger SST to maintain battery voltage. See SA-063/20. • Use M-MDS hardware that is in good working condition. CAUTION: If the GR8 is not used or if the M-MDS hardware is not in good working condition, a control unit failure may occur.
SA-065-202020-10-05. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM); EQUIPMENT:APPLIANCE:AIR CONDITIONER. Some customer's may complain that the HVAC system only blows warm to cool air (not cold) after starting the vehicle and not moving right away. This may be caused by a closed Active Air Shutter (AAS). Under specific circumstances, the AAS has a “learning issue” where AAS is kept closed after startup even if the PCM requests it to be open. The shutters will open and work correctly as soon as the vehicle speed exceeds 6.25 MPH (10 KPH). NO DTC will be set when this happens.

Some vehicles may exhibit that the liftgate interferes with the rear bumper when closed forcefully, resulting in damaged paint on the rear bumper. Due to variations of the clearance between the liftgate and the rear bumper, the bottom edge of the liftgate may overrun the rear bumper. To correct this concern, the hardness of stop rubbers on the liftgate has been modified.

This surging is in the longitudinal direction, felt about 2 cycles per second, and occurs in the locked up 1st gear. This may be caused by the torque fluctuation and the torsional resonance in the torque converter. To correct this concern, the PCM software has been modified to reduce the torque fluctuation.
02-006-20-36882020-10-02. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; SUSPENSION. Some vehicles may exhibit a rattle noise from the front suspension when driving over bumps or on a road with a wavy surface. The noise may be caused by the mounting rubber (1) because of insufficient clearance between the rubber and the metal bracket of the mounting rubber during the assembly process. To correct this issue, the mounting rubber has been modified to ensure the proper clearance.
01-012-20-37382020-10-02. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. This concern may be caused by improper PCM control logic. The PCM software has been modified to eliminate this concern.
