Service bulletins for the 2026 Mazda CX-70
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| 07-002-26b | 2026-08-04. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. This bulletin supersedes the previously issued bulletin(s) listed below. The changes are noted in Red. 07-002/26 06/16/26 and 06/10/26 DESCRIPTION Some customers may complain that the A/C does not cool. This concern may be due to an internal short circuit in the A/C compressor, caused by an overcurrent. On some vehicles, the A/C high-voltage fuse opens and DTC P0D6D and/or U0605 are stored. To eliminate this concern, the electrical circuit of the A/C compressor has been modified to prevent a short circuit even if an overcurrent occurs. Replace the A/C compressor with an updated one according to the procedure in MGSS (ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [e-SKYACTIV PHEV]). |

SA-061/25 12/17/25 DESCRIPTION If you encounter any type of electrical concern (e.g, dead battery, engine no start, DTC(s) stored...), interview the customer before proceeding with normal MGSS diagnosis by asking if any aftermarket devices have been installed. Aftermarket devices may be the cause of the electrical concern. Below are a few examples of unusual electrical concerns caused by aftermarket devices. Examples: 1. Devices connected to the DLC-2 (battery discharge/DTC stored) 2. Devices plugged into the 12V outlet 3. GPS tracking device (engine no start/battery discharge) 4. Dash cam (DTC stored) 5. Non-certified USB cable (Apple Carplay™/ Android Auto™ will not connect) 6. Over-sized wheels/tires (incorrect GPS location) 7. DTC C0023:14 8. | SA-035-26 | 2026-06-04. Service bulletin. FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM. DESCRIPTION When refueling, you may occasionally notice: A gurgling sound from the fuel filler neck. The gas dispenser nozzle clicks off before the tank is full. Fuel vapor or mist from the filler neck. This can occur if 20 minutes have elapsed after pressing the fuel lid button and the fuel tank has resealed the Vapor Recovery System (VRS) before refueling is complete. Before Refueling: 1. Press the fuel-filler lid opener switch. The system will release pressure in the tank through the vapor recovery system (charcoal canister) and enter Refueling Mode. You’ll see “Ready to Refuel” displayed on the instrument cluster. 2. You now have 20 minutes to complete refueling. After 20 minutes, or if the vehicle is turned to “READY ON,” the tank will automatically reseal the vapor recovery system. If the tank vapor recovery system has resealed, you may notice: The gas pump despenser clicks off before the tank is full. A gurgling sound from the filler neck. Fuel vapor or liquid may spit back from the filler neck. If this happens: 1. Press the fuel-filler lid switch again. 2. Wait until the instrument cluster displays “Ready to Refuel.” 3.Continue refueling. |
| 15-001-26 | 2026-06-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; LANE DEPARTURE: BLIND SPOT DETECTION. DESCRIPTION Some customers may experience that the BSM (Blind Spot Monitoring) warning light remains on while driving, even though no vehicle is present behind. This may be caused by electrical noise in the BSM control module power supply and vibration noise from the rear bumper that falsely detects a vehicle behind. To eliminate this concern, the control software of the BSM has been modified to prevent the influence of noise. Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure. REPAIR PROCEDURE 1. Verify the customer concern. NOTE: This issue may have two causes: the BSM software not at the latest version and the BSM insufficiently fastened. The issue may occur due to either one or both. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly follow the procedure outlined below. 2. Reprogram ECU with the Mazda Modular Diagnostic System (M-MDS), using Mazda Diagnostic and Repair Software (MDARS). Refer to MDARS ECU Reprogramming Procedure. 3. Remove the rear bumper according to the instructions in MGSS (REAR BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION). |
| 09-018-26 | 2026-06-02. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY. This bulletin supersedes the previously issued bulletin(s) listed below. The changes are noted in Red. 09-031/25 08/05/25 DESCRIPTION While driving on gravel or dusty roads, dust accumulates at the lower inner edge of the door garnish. When the rear door is opened, the dust may be blown up and enter the cabin, adhering to the seats and the floor. This is caused by a large gap at the lower part of the boundary between the rear door and the front door, and air containing dust and/or sand is sucked up into the gap, accumulating at the lower edge of the rear door garnish while driving. To eliminate this concern, a mass production change is under study. NOTE: In environments where passengers frequently enter and exit the vehicle under dusty conditions (e.g. dirt or gravel roads, off-road driving), a certain amount of dust will enter into the cabin, even in other types of vehicles. Therefore, this phenomenon is not limited to the causes described in this document. Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure. NOTE: This repair procedure is an interim countermeasure. After a mass production change is implemented, the repair procedure will be updated. Attach the protectors (urethane pads, deflectors and protectors) to both sides of the designated locations according to the following steps. |
The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
