Subject: Notification of Dealer Re-Work (DRW60) – 2026MY CX-50 and CX-50 Hybrid - Rear Door Glass Holder Detach Issue Dear Mazda Dealer Colleagues, Mazda Motor Corporation has decided to conduct a Dealer Re-Work on certain 2026MY CX-50 and CX-50 Hybrid vehicles. Please see the description, model, year, and VIN range below. Concern Outline: On certain subject vehicles, the rear door glass holder may detach from the door glass due to improper urethane adhesion. If the glass holder separates from the door glass, a rattling noise may occur, and the door glass may not roll down. Repair Outline: Replace both rear door glass in the vehicle (the rear door quarter glass is not affected). |
