Service bulletins for the 2026 Mazda CX-5
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.
75 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

| 09-021-26 | 2026-08-04. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. DESCRIPTION Some vehicles may exhibit a warning message, “Vehicle Network Malfunction,” displayed on the Instrument Cluster during engine start or while driving (IG-ON). At the same time, DTC U214F:00 indicating a communication loss with the ADAS Domain Unit (ADU) may be stored in one or more units. This condition is transient and the warning may clear after restarting the engine. This is due to improper control of the ADU software that may cause a reset during startup. To eliminate this concern, the ADU control software has been modified. REPAIR PROCEDURE 1. Verify the customer concern. 2. Reprogram the ADU with the Mazda Modular Diagnostic System |
