| 09-041-17-3390 | 2017-11-14. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY:REARVIEW MIRRORS/DEVICES. Some vehicles may exhibit a white stain (A) running down the front door(s), which originates from under the outer door mirror. This is caused when water (containing white corrosion) is generated inside the door mirror base (B), then drains down the door panel causing a poor appearance concern. The door mirror base was originally designed to drain water to the outside of the door. The shape of the door mirror base gasket has been modified to drain water to the inside of the door. Replacing the gasket should eliminate this concern. |

| 09-012-17-3334b | 2017-11-14. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:RADIO/TAPE DECK/CD ETC.. Some vehicles may experience unusual noise coming from inside the front door panel when playing the audio system. This is caused by the damper coming off the speaker frame due to corrosion. To correct the issue, a plating process was added at the supplier beginning on November 13, 2015. |
| 07-007-17-3384 | 2017-10-21. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:APPLIANCE:AIR CONDITIONER. Some customers may complain about poor heater performance even after the engine reaches normal operating temperature. This may be caused by a clogged heater unit. For Mazda6 and CX-5, the check engine light may illuminate with the DTC P011A:00 stored at the same time. P011A:00 ECT sensor No.1/No.2 performance problem. NOTE: Refer to TSB 01-015/15 if the customer is using a block heater at temperatures below freezing. |
| 09-033-17-3374 | 2017-10-21. Service bulletin. SEATS. Some vehicles may have a condition where the front of the drivers seat cushion trim comes off the seat frame (as shown below). This is found on vehicles equipped with power seats and leather, leatherette or cloth type seat trim. The front seat cushion is attached to the seat frame using a folding collar. The collar may slip out of the seat frame when force is applied to the front of the seat cushion. |
| 01-008-17-3376 | 2017-10-21. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. Some vehicles may experience a rough idle with the check engine light on and DTC P0015 / P0524 stored in memory. P0015:00 - Exhaust CMP timing over-retarded. P0524:00 - Engine oil pressure too low. This is caused by a drop in engine oil pressure due to a piece of foreign object stuck on the oil pump pressure relief valve or oil control valve (OCV). The temporary entry of the foreign object triggers a check engine light on, but rough idle will not be produced until a later time. |
| 05-002-17-3355a | 2017-10-21. Service bulletin. STEERING:GEAR BOX (OTHER THAN RACK AND PINION). Some vehicles may exhibit one of the following concerns: Sometimes the shifter may jump out of 3rd gear over a road bump when accelerating after deceleration at 25-40 mph (40-65 km/h), Hard to shift into 3rd, 4th, 5th, and/or 6th gear, Shift lever vibrates when driving in 3rd or 4th gear. This is caused by inappropriate transmission internal parts. |
| 01-004-17-3317a | 2017-10-21. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. Some vehicles may experience an engine that runs rough and the check engine light on with DTCs P0201 and P0204 or P0202 and P0203. NOTE: Engine misfire related DTCs (P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304) are usually stored at the same time. P0201:00 : Fuel injector circuit/open cylinder No.1 P0202:00 : Fuel injector circuit/open cylinder No.2 P0203:00 : Fuel injector circuit/open cylinder No.3 P0204:00 : Fuel injector circuit/open cylinder No.4 This concern may be caused by an internal failure of the PCM (DENSO produced only). To correct the concern, the PCM internal failure has been eliminated. |
| 09-016-17-3327a | 2017-10-21. Service bulletin. SEATS:FRONT ASSEMBLY:SEAT HEATER/COOLER. Some vehicles may exhibit the driver and/or front passenger side seat warmer(s) malfunction on any mode (High, Mid and Low). This may be caused by repeated load applied to the seat cushion (A) while the seat is occupied. A section of the heater mat (B) just above the reinforcement rod (C) in the cushion pad (A) contacts internal heater mat wire and causes damage (D). |
| 09-027-17-3357 | 2017-10-21. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT. Some vehicles may exhibit the driver seat manual lumbar support adjustment (A) inoperative. This may be caused byrepeated stress to the lumbar support lever (C) at location (B). |
| 09-024-17-3350 | 2017-10-21. Service bulletin. SEATS. Some vehicles (without power seats) may exhibit a driver seat that gradually moves down by itself. This concern may be caused when a load, which is applied to the seat during braking, exceeds a certain level that could impact the retaining mechanism of the seat lifter causing the seat to gradually move downward. To eliminate this concern, the play in the lift mechanism gears has been reduced. |
| 05-002-17-3355 | 2017-10-21. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some vehicles may exhibit one of the following concerns: Sometimes the shifter may jump out of 3rd gear over a road bump when accelerating after deceleration at 25-40 mph (40-65 km/h) Hard to shift into 3rd, 4th, 5th, and/or 6th gear Shift lever vibrates when driving in 3rd or 4th gear.
