Service bulletins for the 2025 Lincoln Nautilus
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.
94 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

| SSM 54916 | 2026-06-16. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; STRUCTURE:BODY. Some 20242026 Nautilus vehicles may have previously exhibited unsuccessful programmable module installation (PMI) starting with a CallGetRestore Invalid hardware error message, when using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) to program a new door latch control module E (DCME), door latch control module F (DCMF), door latch control module G (DCMG), and/or door latch control module H (DCMH). Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U211B may also be stored in the door latch control module. The programming concern has been corrected. Download and run the applicable PMI application again using the latest software version of the FDRS scan tool. Make sure to follow any remaining steps to complete the door latch installation and programming. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-14 > Removal and Installation > Front Door Latch/Rear Door Latch. |

| SSM 53759 | 2025-05-13. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER. After replacement of any TRON module, the gateway module (GWM) and the TRON capable modules can set diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) U211A, U211B, U211C, U3034, U3035, U3036, U35D9, U35DA and/or U35DB if the secret authentication security keys are not aligned between the modules, a loss of communication is occurring between modules and/or a module is not responding. This may be a result of missing the new module secret authentication security key obtained when running the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) "Trusted Real-Time Operation Network (TRON) Module Authentication" procedure after replacement. When replacing a TRON capable module, run the FDRS "Trusted Real-Time Operation Network (TRON) Module Authentication" procedure in the GWM tool box, not in the toolbox of the module with the DTC's, to distribute a new set of secret authentication security keys to all TRON-capable modules. Using the specific vehicle identification number (VIN), refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 418-00 and 418-01 for updated DTCs, applicable TRON module listings and pinpoint tests. |
