| SSM 54924 | 2026-06-16. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some 2024-2026 Nautilus vehicles equipped with an 8F35 transmission may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P0767, P0766 and/or P2703 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) and harsh/no reverse engagement. This may be due to the selectable one-way clutch (SOWC). To correct the condition, remove the transmission. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 307-01. Disassemble the transmission only far enough to access the SOWC. Refer to WSM, Section 307-01 > Overhaul and perform Steps 24-65. The transmission range (TR) sensor does not have to be removed. Remove the SOWC assembly, disassemble the A-clutch and discard the SOWC. Refer to WSM, Section 307-01 > Overhaul and perform Steps 164-170. Assemble the new SOWC with the A-clutch components. Refer to WSM, Section 307-01 > Overhaul and perform Steps 173-179. The A-clutch seals can be reused unless damaged. Install the new SOWC and reverse the procedure to reassemble the transmission. Overhaul the main control valve body. Refer to WSM, Section 307-01 > Overhaul > Main Control Valve Body. Replace t |
| SSM 54643 | 2026-03-11. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER; POWER TRAIN; ENGINE. Some 2024-2026 Nautilus non-hybrid vehicles may exhibit a rattle or buzzing noise from under the center of the car during light throttle, low engine revolutions per minute (RPM) driving conditions, often between 30-40 mph (48-64 km/h). The noise may be more noticeable when ambient temperatures are below 40°F (4°C). Inform the customer that Ford is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected Q4 2026. This concern does not affect vehicle durability and the customer can continue to drive the vehicle. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule a service appointment for the customer once the repair becomes available.<br /><br /> If a customer vehicle exhibits this concern, submit a Vehicle Concern Report. To submit a report, click on the "Submit Global Concern Report (GCR)" link at the upper right of the PTS Vehicle ID screen (vehicle identification number ÝVIN¨ required) and fill out the form. Do not use the "Report A Problem" link to submit a report for this condition. |
| TSB 25-2621 | 2026-02-17. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY; POWER TRAIN; UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit a no crank/no start condition where the customer cannot start their vehicle. The vehicle may also exhibit a "No Key Detected" message displayed on the instrument panel cluster (IPC), and no key fob works in the back up slot. The remote keyless entry (RKE) functionality will work to lock/unlock the vehicle. |
| TSB 25-2416 | 2025-09-03. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P052B stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to the software in the PCM. |
| TSB 25-2365 | 2025-08-07. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P2450 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to the software level of the PCM. |
| SSM 53971 | 2025-07-02. Service bulletin. ENGINE; POWER TRAIN. Some 2023-2025 Escape vehicles equipped with a 1.5L/2.0L EcoBoost engine, 2023-2025 Corsair vehicles equipped with a 2.0L EcoBoost engine, 2024-2025 Nautilus vehicles equipped with a 2.0L EcoBoost engine, 2024-2025 Mustang vehicles with a 2.3L EcoBoost engine, and 2025 Bronco/Explorer/Ranger vehicles equipped with a 2.3L EcoBoost engine may exhibit an engine misfire condition with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P0301, P0302, P0303 and/or P0304 set in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to the spark plugs and/or ignition coils. To correct the condition, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 303-07 for normal diagnostics. |
| 25-PT-24.11.0 Nautilus | 2025-06-04. Over-the-air update. POWER TRAIN. | SSM 52419 | 2024-04-24. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some 2023-2024 Escape/Corsair vehicles equipped with a 1.5L or 2.0L EcoBoost engine, 2024 Mustang vehicles equipped with a 2.3L EcoBoost engine, and 2024 Nautilus vehicles may exhibit an engine misfire condition with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P0301, P0302, P0303 and/or P0304 set in the powertrain control module (PCM). If the codes are stored in the PCM, remove and inspect the condition of all the spark plugs. If any spark plugs appear to be damaged, use a borescope to inspect the condition of the cylinder walls. If the cylinder walls are scored/scraped/damaged, replace the long block engine assembly (6006) to resolve this condition. If the cylinder walls are not scored/scraped/damaged, replace the damaged spark plug(s) and advise the customer that engineering is investigating this issue. Monitor OASIS for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. |
| SSM 52314 | 2024-03-20. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. During service and repair requiring removal and replacement of a crankshaft bolt and/or crankshaft damper, achieving proper torque of the crankshaft pulley bolt is critical. Incorrect torque may allow the bolt to loosen resulting in the timing gear breaking and engine damage. Replacement of the bolt is critical to the repair and accurately following the installation procedure in the Workshop Manual (WSM) Section, 303-01 is extremely important. The bolt torque procedure can be found in the crankshaft front seal removal and installation procedure or in the engine assembly procedure. |

Some 2023 E-Transit and 2024 Nautilus vehicles may exhibit DTCs C0095:18 and/or C05D9:74 setting in the all-wheel drive (AWD) module with a pop-up message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) stating there is a loss of AWD. The loss of AWD function may continue for the remainder of the key cycle. AWD functionally may be recovered with a key cycle. Replacement or reprogramming of the AWD module will not resolve this condition. This DTC does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected in Q2 2024. Monitor OASIS for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. |
