26V5990002026-09-17. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:PROPULSION SYSTEM:DC/DC CONVERTER. Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2019-2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport, 2020-2024 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque, Land Rover Range Rover, Land Rover Discovery Sport, Land Rover Defender, 2021-2024 Land Rover Range Rover Velar, Jaguar E-Pace, F-Pace, and Land Rover Discovery vehicles. The DC-DC converter may malfunction due to an electrical overload that can occur during high power demand. Additionally, a software error can cause the DC-DC converter to stop functioning at vehicle start-up under certain circumstances. Failure of the DC-DC converter will result in the loss of 12-Volt system charging and can lead to complete loss of drive power and exterior lighting. Built 2020-02-03 to 2024-06-28.
26V2480002026-04-17. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:PROPULSION SYSTEM:DC/DC CONVERTER. Insufficient electrical load balancing during times of high demand can lead to a current overload condition and malfunction of the DCDC converter. A failure of the DC-DC converter will result in a loss of 12-Volt system charging and can lead to complete loss of drive power and exterior lighting.
24V0230002024-01-18. BACK OVER PREVENTION: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA. Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2018-2022 Range Rover and Range Rover Sport vehicles equipped with a Surround Camera System. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."
23V2210002023-03-30. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:COOLING SYSTEM. Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2019-2021 Land Rover Range Rover PHEV and 2019-2022 Land Rover Range Rover Sport PHEV vehicles. The water pump pulley drive belt may become damaged or detach, which can allow the engine to overheat. An overheated engine can rupture the engine coolant elbow pipe, leaking coolant onto the turbocharger heat shield.
23V0440002023-02-02. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:ENGINE:OIL/LUBRICATION. Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2019-2023 Range Rover Sport, 2020-2023 Range Rover, Defender, 2022-2023 Discovery, and 2023 Range Rover Velar vehicles. Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20264422026-09-17. High Voltage. Issue: On certain vehicles, the DC/DC converter could fail. As a result, the 12 V battery would not charge and a red "Stop Safely Electrical Fault Detected" warning message would be displayed. If this happens, and you continue to drive the vehicle, there could be a loss of power to the wheels and/or the vehicle's lights could turn off. Note: This recall is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2026-196. Vehicles repaired under that recall don't require this repair. This recall only affects certain mild hybrid electric vehicles (MHEV). Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Exterior lights that don't work may make the vehicle less visible to others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Land Rover will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the vehicle load balancing software.

20245992024-10-10. Engine. Issue: This recall is for certain replacement engines. The oil filter housing may not have been manufactured properly. Over time, the housing could crack and cause oil to leak onto hot components in the engine compartment. Safety Risk: Oil that leaks onto hot components can create the risk of a fire. Additionally, an oil leak could create a hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: None of the affected engines have been installed in vehicles. Land Rover will instruct dealers to replace the oil filter housing assembly before each engine is installed.
20240172024-01-18. Visual System. For Ranger Rover Sport models, this recall was replaced by Transport Canada recall no. 2024-289. Issue: On certain vehicles, water could leak into the rearview camera and cause the rearview camera image not to display correctly. Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with a surround camera system. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display correctly could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Land Rover will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the rearview camera and install a new seal. The dealer will replace the rearview camera, if necessary.
20231892023-03-30. Engine. Issue: On certain vehicles, the water pump drive belt could become damaged and detach. As a result, the engine could overheat and cause the coolant elbow to rupture. If this happens, coolant could leak onto the turbocharger heatshield. Note: This recall only affects plug-in hybrid (PHEV) models. Safety Risk: A coolant leak onto the turbocharger heatshield may lead to a fire in the engine bay. Corrective Action: Land Rover will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the engine coolant elbow and turbocharger feed coolant pipe.
20215332021-08-26. Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain vehicles, the passenger seat belt assemblies may contain defective automatic locking retractors (ALR). As a result, the seat belts may not properly lock to secure a child seat. Note: The vehicle's lower universal anchorage system (UAS) is not affected by this defect and may still be used to secure a child seat. Safety Risk: A seat belt that is used to secure a child restraint but is not properly locked could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Land Rover will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the seat belts. They will be replaced, if necessary.
