Selecting the incorrect part may result in a vehicle “comeback” with a customer complaint of the driver’s side sliding door not operating with the power feature; however, the door can still be operated manually.

While we continue to evaluate passenger interaction and vehicle operation related to these complaints, the investigation has revealed that potential injuries could be avoided by highlighting the function and operation of the power sliding doors and automatic stop and reversal system installed in the 2022MY Kia Carnival as provided in the Owner's Manual.

This bulletin provides information relating to some Kia models that may exhibit fogging, condensation, and/or moisture inside a headlamp assembly. Generally, a fogging condition is considered normal and can be eliminated by turning on the headlamps with the engine running for up to 30 minutes or during normal driving conditions. Headlamp assembly replacement WILL NOT be necessary in most cases.
