LATCH, Hood For the following concerns, please verify secondary plunger switch before replacing hood latch with primary switch. Please refer to service information for complete diagnostics of the secondary plunger switch which is located in the left front under hood on RU, MP, and WK/WD and left rear under hood on KL. 1) Electronic Stop Start Message on Cluster or DTC P152F without hood ajar illuminated. 2) KL Hood ajar light is on or unlatched hood due to high closing effort. (KL hood may have a higher closing effort to latch the hood as rubber bumper interference is set purposely high to prevent hood flutter at highway speeds) If stop start message or DTC P152F is present on vehicles without a hood ajar light illuminated, the issue is not related to the primary hood latch switch.

18-052-17 REV. A2022-09-15. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Vehicle Unable to Reach Max Speed This bulletin involves replacing the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). The customer may describe that they are not able to reach the vehicle?s max speed of 225 kph (140 mph).
08-051-172022-09-15. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Flash: Electronic Shift Module (ESM) System Improvements This bulletin involves updating the ESM software and if necessary replacing the lower shifter or ?PRNDM?. The customer may experience the following:Shifter lever is locked in park (occurs intermittently upon start up). After 2.5 minutes shifter becomes responsive and functions as designed. Service shifter warning indicator in cluster is illuminated. ?PRNDM? display on the shifter does not illuminate. If PRNDM is not illuminated, the memory has been corrupted to the point that this flash will NOT repair the PRNDM and it would need replacement. Replace the PRNDM in the shifter bezel. Refer to the detailed service procedures available in DealerCONNECT>TechCONNECT under: Service Info>21 - Transmission and Transfer Case/Automatic - 8HP70/Shifter, Transmission/Removal/Installation.Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find one or more of the following stored Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) set:U1465-00 - Implausible Driver Shift Request Signal Received. U1466-00 - Implausible Driver Shift Request Signal Received On DPT CAN. U1267-00 - No Valid Data From Esm On CAN-C or CAN-DPT.

Customers may experience one or more of the following:?Navigation Failed? message is displayed. Navigation is inoperative or inaccurate. CD player will not play songs and/or locks up the radio. Clock will not automatically update to local time. Clock may be off by several hours. (RA3 Only). HVAC temperature out of sync with radio display (KL vehicles). Some Uconnect App remote commands do not execute with the vehicle. Radio Apps are inoperative. Adds Apple Siri® Eyes Free capability for iPhone® owners. Auto Play can now be configured. Enhancements in Connectivity Apps (Yelp®, Pandora®, Aha®, etc). Human Machine Interface (HMI) improvements. Adds ?do not disturb? text message feature. Satellite radio reception improvements.
90037332022-09-15. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Park Assist ECU (WK & RU) The customer may describe that if the park assist system is ON, pressing the LED button will not turn the system OFF. The customer may also experience a flicker in the graphics or chimes. If the park assist system is OFF, pressing the LED button will not turn the system ON. When this happens the park assist feature is disabled. If the issue detailed above is what you are seeing, reflash park assist module to newest software as per the latest Service Bulletin available.
90034132022-09-15. Service bulletin. VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL:ACCELERATOR PEDAL. Accelerator Pedal Before replacing accelerator pedal, be sure to follow fault code diagnostic procedures in service manual. Make sure to check wiring and connectors. P2122 and P2127 will set if accelerator pedal connector is disconnected during diagnosis. Make sure codes are active before replacing pedal. DTC P2299 is usually caused by a two footed driver and accelerator pedal should not be replaced for this fault.

Washer Fluid Level Sensor Prior to replacing this part due to "Low Washer Fluid" tell tale light on the dash and the washer fluid bottle is full, please perform this inspection: Check if float sensor is rotated off location from the bottle anti-rotation features that surround the SENSOR. Before proceeding with the normal procedure call Ali Ikram at (248) 576-9265 Mon- Fri between 8 am- 4pm. If you do not get a response within 15 minutes continue with the repair. Make sure that connector is inserted properly. If there is a need to replace camera. In case of bad wire harness. Replace the harness and have it sent back to QEC.

Brake Pedal Sensor For vehicles with DTC's P0572 or C0042, or complaints of brake lights staying on or cruise control not setting, please use wiTech to check the Brake Pedal Home Position setting and actual pedal resting position under brake pedal status in the ABS module. Before replacing the Brake Pedal Position Sensor, please call Rick Gordon at Cell (248) 630-6281. If no response within 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
