Vehicles equipped with a trailer hitch must be inspected and replaced if required. NOTE: The initial inspection process can be done by write up personnel in the write up area. Vehicles found without a trailer hitch can be immediately returned to the customer.

N47062013 Chrysler Group LLC (Chrysler) announced a Customer Satisfaction Notification (CSN) on 1999 through 2004 Jeep® Grand Cherokee vehicles. Chrysler intends to inspect and, if necessary, replace aftermarket trailer hitches to ensure that any sharp edges or other puncture risks from the aftermarket mounting hardware are removed, free of charge (parts and labor). The parts required for this program are currently not available. Chrysler is making all reasonable efforts to obtain the parts as quickly as possible. Chrysler will contact dealers when the parts and repair procedure becomes available. Dealers will be notified of the launch of this customer satisfaction notification by way of established methods used in the past. We ask that you please take the time to ensure that your personnel are aware of this communication and are prepared to execute a customer friendly process for inquiries on involved vehicles.

M3511082012 Chrysler Group LLC (Chrysler) announced a safety recall on 2002 and 2003 model year (KJ) Jeep Liberty vehicles built through March 28, 2003 and 2002 through 2004 model year (WJ) Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles built through May 23, 2003. The above vehicles may experience a front airbag, side curtain airbag, and/or seatbelt pretensioner inadvertent deployment. Chrysler will conduct a voluntary safety recall on all affected vehicles to install an in-line diode filter jumper harness. The jumper harness incorporates diodes to perform the intended function of an internal Occupant Restraint Control (ORC) module component which filters transient electrical signals from firing the Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC) in the ORC module. Jumper harnesses for this issue are being manufactured and you will be notified as soon as sufficient quantities are available. An owner letter that explains the condition and the latest parts situation will be mailed to all vehicle owners in January of 2013.

Mopar offers an alternative product (82213192) which is a water based product approved for sale in the aforementioned states.~ ~ Please inform the customer & your prep dept that spraying excessive amounts of the fabric protector on load floors will result in the breaking down of the adhesive (glue) that is used to create the bond between the fabric (carpet) and the load floor. This will apply to any vehicles equipped with rear load floors such as WK, WD, PM, MK, KA, KK. The carpet will appear to be loose, wrinkly, or bunch up~

Radiator If vehicle comes in for transmission fluid leaking from trans-oil cooler fittings on the radiator, please check the following before replacing the radiator/cooler:~ 1. Remove both of the transmission lines from the cooler?s top/bottom flared fittings on the radiator. ~ 2. Loosen the hex nut on the top flared fitting on the radiator tank.~ 3. Torque the top flared fitting to 235 +/- 15 Lb-In.~ 4. Torque hex nut to 100 +/- 10 Lb-In.~ 5. Repeat for bottom flared fitting.~ 6. Reinstall transmission line per normal installation procedures and ensure correct fluid level.~ ~ If vehicle is in need of a new radiator for another reason, check the new radiator for correct torque on the trans-oil cooler fitting per steps 2-5 above.~ ~ If radiator has a yellow mark by the trans-oil cooler fittings the torque does not have to be checked.
