Service bulletin 0900105
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| 05191925A | 2022-12-19. Service bulletin. Radiator If vehicle comes in for transmission fluid leaking from trans-oil cooler fittings on the radiator, please perform the following before replacing the radiator/cooler:~ 1. Remove both of the transmission lines from the cooler?s top/bottom flared fittings on the radiator. ~ 2. Remove hex nut and the top flared fitting on the radiator tank.~ 3. Using a wire brush and gasket remover, clean off the old sealant on the smaller threaded portion of the flared fitting. Do the same for the threads on the trans oil cooler.~ 4. Apply a new application of Mopar PN 04318032 to the flared fitting, leaving the first threads free for ease of engagement.~ 5. Install the top flared fitting by hand, then torque the fitting to 235 +/- 15 Lb-In.~ 6. Install the hex nut and torque to 100 +/- 10 Lb-In.~ 7. Repeat steps 2-6 for bottom flared fitting.~ 8. Reinstall transmission line per normal installation procedures and ensure correct fluid level.~ |
| 68332810 | 2022-10-17. Service bulletin. Service - Four Piece Oil Pan Gasket All Cummins Equipped Vehicles ONLY - The replacement oil pan gasket can be a four piece gasket rather than a single piece gasket. This applies to Cummins 5.9L and 6.7L engines only. Installation: 1. Clean the oil pan T-joints.~ 2. Fill the T-joint between the pan rail/gear housing and pan rail/rear seal retainer with sealant. Use Mopar® Silicone Rubber Adhesive Sealant or equivalent. 3. Apply a 2-mm [0.063-in] bead of Mopar Engine Sealant RTV Silicone Rubber Adhesive, to the oil pan flange.~ 4. The four piece gasket will need to be assembled to make a complete oil pan gasket. 5. Lay the oil pan gasket(s) onto the oil pan flange.~ 6. Ensure the oil pan gasket segment joints are properly aligned. 7. Apply a 2-mm [0.063-in] bead of Mopar Engine Sealant RTV Silicone Rubber Adhesive, to the top of the oil pan gasket.~ 8. | 9002887 | 2022-10-17. Service bulletin. Part Description: Valve Body Assembly Issue Description: Valve body design was changed between 2010MY and 2011MY applications. To prevent mix matching valve bodies and solenoid packs the connectors are color coded.~ Valve bodies with a white connector can be used on 2010, 2009, 2008..., model years. Valve bodies with a gray connector can only be used on 2011, 2012, 2013..., model years.~ Solenoid packs with a white connector are used with 2010, 2009, 2008..., model years. | 18-016-13 | 2022-07-18. Service bulletin. This bulletin involves reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module with new software. The Technician may discover that P0128 - Thermostat Rationality DTC is present. This DTC is a two trip code and is matured if a significant difference exists between the PCM predicted and actual engine coolant temperature during engine warm-ups. The PCM calibration may improperly mature a P0128 DTC because the airflow across the coolant temperature sensor during colder ambient temperatures, 50° F (10° C) or below, causes the predicted coolant temperature to deviate from the actual coolant temperature. |

| 21-022-14 | 2018-06-18. Service bulletin. 4WD Lamp Illuminated and Diagnostic Trouble Code C140F Active in Final Drive Control Modules (FDCM) Memory This bulletin involves verifying FDCM software level and then flash reprogramming of the FDCM with new software. Customers may indicate that the ?Service 4WD? indicator in the instrument cluster is illuminated. They may also indicate that the transfer case will not shift from 4WD High, 4WD Low, and/or Neutral once the lamp is illuminated. Further investigation identifies that a Diagnostic Trouble Code C140F is stored or active in the Final Drive Control Modules (FDCM) Memory |
