Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20132222013-06-26. Structure. Chrysler Canada has determined that an opportunity to incrementally improve performance in certain types of low-speed impacts may exist in certain vehicles. The company will carry out a voluntary customer satisfaction campaign to minimize the risk of fuel leakage in certain low-speed collisions. Chrysler will inspect the affected vehicles and will replace aftermarket trailer hitches that present sharp edges or puncture risks to the fuel tank with a Chrysler trailer hitch as necessary. This action is not being conducted under the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act.
20061362006-06-08. Electrical. On certain vehicles, the plastic blades of the cooling fan may separate and penetrate the shroud. If this occurs while the hood is open, a person in the vicinity of the engine could be struck by the blade and injured. Correction: Dealers will replace the electric cooling fan module. Note: This only applies to certain 4.7L equipped vehicles built from Jan 31, 2000 to June 12, 2000 and certain 4.0L vehicles built from Feb 4, 2002 to June 17, 2002.
20020742002-04-17. Engine. Certain sport utility vehicles equipped with a 4.0L engine only. The design of the intake and exhaust manifolds could allow debris to accumulate at the #3 cylinder location. This could result in a vehicle fire. Correction: Dealers will install a manifold shield to modify the air flow characteristics and to prevent the accumulation of debris in the area of the #3 cylinder.
20001632000-08-15. Fuel System. Certain vehicles may have been built with fuel tanks that have suspect vent tube welds. Improper vent tube welds could result in separation of the vent tube and a fuel leak. Correction: Fuel tanks will be inspected and replaced if necessary.
20000452000-02-28. Seats And Restraints. On certain vehicles, the adjustable turning loop on the shoulder belt top mounting bolt may have been manufactured with a core hardness that exceeds the specification for this type of application. Due to the excessive core hardness, these mounting bolts may not withstand the force required to function properly in certain impact situations, increasing the risk of injury to a belted occupant. Correction: The upper adjustable turning loop bolt will be replaced with a bolt of proper hardness.
20000132000-01-14. Seats And Restraints. On certain vehicles, the passenger side air bag inflator assembly contains an incorrect inflator charge. This condition could increase the risk of a passenger occupant injury in the event of a crash. Correction: Passenger air bag modules will be replaced.
19992271999-12-15. Steering. On certain vehicles, the steering gear unit internal end-of-travel stops may have missed the heat treat process, resulting in soft internal travel stops. Soft steering gear internal travel stops could be damaged in normal use and result in sticking, binding, or seizing of the steering gear and the potential for reduced steering control. This could increase the risk of a crash without prior warning. Correction: Steering gear assemblies will be inspected for a suspect build date code and those containing a suspect build date code will be replaced.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
