SSM741312018-12-10. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Jaguar Land Rover released Pathfinder 195 on 11th October and Symptom Driven Diagnostics (SDD) 154.05 on 8th October. As part of our continued efforts in increasing our customer experience, the release contains the latest InControl software containing significant improvements and enhancements to the system and its stability. Please refer to the latest release notes on TOPIx to understand the fixes that are included within this release. You are reminded that the InControl Touch Pro/ Duo Infotainment Master Controller (IMC) and ISC software should not be updated unless related to a reported customer concern.
SSM723072018-12-10. Service bulletin. BACK OVER PREVENTION; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. The message "Radar Sensor Blocked" appears in instrument pack display. If blockage occurs while ACC is being used, ?Driver Intervene? and/or "Radar sensor blocked" message will appear on the cluster and DTC C1A67-97 is also set. Blockage can also occur when ACC is not being used.
SSM740482018-11-13. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY; EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:RADIO/TAPE DECK/CD ETC.; EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL. Customers may complain that the Wireless Head Phones for Dual Screen View or Rear Seat Entertainment are inoperative.

Issue: Following what appears to be a successful software update to the Remote Function Actuator (RFA) or replacement module using Pathfinder or Symptom Driven Diagnostics (SDD) the module appears to be unresponsive to any further diagnostic commands or smart key remote operation.
SSM740542018-10-22. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Issue: ?SOS Limited Availability? warning is displayed on the IC (Instrument Cluster along with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) U3000-49 logged in the TCU (Telematics Control Unit).
SSM740342018-10-22. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Issue: While carrying out the Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) using Pathfinder it may be found that the passive start and lock/ unlock functionality using the key remote is not operating. The message ?Smart key not found? may also appear on the Instrument Cluster. In addition the Diagnostic Trouble Codes DTCs B1DDB-55 and B1DE4-55 are stored in the Body Control Module (BCM).

SSM739302018-07-16. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE; EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:NAVIGATIONAL SYSTEM(GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM). Issue: In some cases, vehicles that have been updated to InControl Touch Pro with version 18b, the infotainment system can no longer provide Navigation destination entry via voice control.

SSM738242018-06-25. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Customers report the ECO Stop/Start is not working. Retailers are testing the primary battery using the Midtronics EXP-1080 tester which is reporting the battery is serviceable. The vehicle then returns with the same Customer concern of ECO Stop/Start inoperative. If a Midtronics GRX-3080 is used, the primary battery fails the test. Replacement of the primary battery resolves the concern.

The user will not be able to hear the callers voice. In order to hear the voice the user has to go to the phone screen options and select the vehicle phone tab and ensure it is checked. 2/The iPhone disconnects during or after phone calls.

SSM738242018-06-11. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY. Action: When completing Primary battery diagnosis for Eco Stop concerns, it is recommended to use the Midtronics GRX-3080 battery tester. JLR are currrently investigating a hand held battery tester to replace the Midtronics EXP-1080. The Midtronics EXP-1080 can be used for PD1 and battery checks.
JTB00619NAS12018-06-11. Service bulletin. LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES:HOOD:LATCH; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. The 'Hood open' warning message may be displayed on the Instrument Cluster (IC) and/or the security system status indicator gives an audible warning to indicate that the hood is not latched correctly when the hood has been correctly latched.
