(Isuzu) is recalling certain 2015-2017 Isuzu NPR, Reach, 2016-2020 Isuzu NPR XD, NPR HD, NQR, 2016-2021 Isuzu NRR, 2017-2020 Chevrolet 4500XD, 4500HD, 5500HD, and 2020 Chevrolet 5500XD vehicles. The U-bolt nuts for the rear axle may not have been properly tightened and may loosen, causing the axle to misalign. |

(Isuzu) is recalling certain 2011-2017 Isuzu NPR, 2008 NPR HD and NPR-HD Gas, 2011-2018 NPR HD and NRR, 2015-2018 NPR XD, 2012-2018 NQR, 2012-2017 NPR Gas and NPR-HD Gas, 2016-2017 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward 3500 HD, 3500 and 4500 and 2017-2018 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward 4500 HD, 4500 XD, 5500 HD and 5500 XD vehicles, equipped with certain Walter Kidde Plastic-Handle Fire Extinguishers, models FC10 and FC110. These extinguishers may become clogged, preventing the extinguisher from discharging as expected or excessive force may be needed to activate the extinguisher. Additionally, in certain models, the nozzle may detach from the valve assembly with enough force that it could cause injury and also render the product inoperable. Built 2010-09-21 to 2017-10-13. |

(Isuzu) is recalling certain model year 2014-2016 Isuzu NPR and NPR HD vehicles manufactured August 26, 2013, to November 11, 2016, and 2016 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward 3500 and 4500 vehicles manufactured July 27, 2016, to November 11, 2016. The affected vehicles have a throttle pedal that may get stuck under the steel stopper bolt, causing the pedal to remain in the full throttle position. Note: In gasoline models only. (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2012-2016 NPR, NPR-HD, NPR-XD, NQR, and NRR diesel trucks manufactured November 24, 2011, to July 24, 2015, and 2012-2015 NPR and NPR-HD gasoline-powered trucks manufactured October 5, 2011, to August 27, 2015. The trucks may have been equipped with certain Kidde plastic valve disposable handheld fire extinguishers, model FC10, that may not properly discharge when the lever is pressed. | 2017173 | 2017-03-24. Suspension. On certain vehicles, the left rear wheel bearing hub locking bolts may not have been properly torqued during assembly. This could cause the bolts to loosen and break, which could allow the wheel assembly to move outwards from the axle housing. If this occurs, the vehicle could become more difficult to control and braking distances would increase which could result in a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and tighten the rear left wheel bearing hub locking bolts as necessary. |

| 2016545 | 2016-11-04. Powertrain. On certain vehicles with gasoline powered engines, the accelerator pedal could move laterally, allowing the accelerator pedal bracket to be hung up on the stopper bolt on the floor panel bracket. This would cause the accelerator pedal to remain in the open position, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will remove and replace the stopper bolt with a flanged plate that will be bolted to the floor bracket to prevent lateral movement of the accelerator pedal. |
