Service bulletins for the 2020 Infiniti QX50

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Wireless Apple CarPlay® Update Voluntary Service Campaign ***** Campaign Summary ***** INFINITI is conducting a Client Service Initiative to provide a free Infotainment software update, which includes Wireless Apple CarPlay® until March 31, 2022. The update will bring the vehicle’s software to current production level, improve system overall performance, and enable you to use Apple CarPlay® wirelessly! For more information on Apple CarPlay®, please refer to: INFINITI Apple CarPlay® Features & FAQs INFINITI’s InTouch system is designed to improve the driving experience. Your vehicle is already equipped with Apple CarPlay® to enhance your iPhone user experience with iOS13 and later, but it currently requires a USB cord connection to your phone to use.
