SOFTWARE UPDATE FOR INFOTAINMENT ISSUES SERVICE INFORMATION When diagnosing an infotainment issue or after replacement of the AV Control Unit, it is necessary to verify the current software version of the AV Control Unit to determine if a software version update is required. Use the vehicle tables in this bulletin to determine the current software version, if the AV Control Unit requires a software version update, and which procedure to use to update the AV Control Unit. The software updates in this bulletin are to address stability improvements and “bug” fixes. IMPORTANT: If the client is experiencing a software related concern, refer to ITB21-011 to verify if the client concern is a hardware or software related issue. If the concern is a software related issue, review the information in this bulletin to update the AV Control Unit as needed.

P9333 Q50 - SOS2019-11-08. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT. SOS Switch Voluntary Service Campaign ***** Campaign Summary ***** INFINITI is conducting a Voluntary Service Campaign to remove a non-functional SOS switch plate in the map lamp in certain 2019 model year Q50 vehicles. The subject units are not equipped with telematics, but were inadvertently built with a non-functioning SOS switch. In an effort to minimize client inconvenience, retailers will remove the non-functioning SOS switch. ***** What Retailers Should Do ***** 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this Voluntary Service Campaign using Service Comm or DBS National Service History – Open Campaign I.D. P9333 • - New vehicles in retailer inventory can also be identified through the attached VIN list or by using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). • - Refer to IPSB 15-286 for additional information 2. Retailers are requested to repair any affected vehicles in retailer new or pre-owned inventory to ensure client satisfaction. 3. Retailers should use ITB19-031 to correct any vehicles subject to this campaign. 4. Once repaired, retailers should submit the claim, using the claims coding provided, and release the vehicle.

VOLUNTARY SERVICE CAMPAIGN 2019 Q50 SIGNATURE EDITION SOS BUTTON DELETION INTRODUCTION Infiniti is conducting this voluntary service campaign on certain specific model year 2019 Q50 to delete the SOS button. This service will be performed at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. IDENTIFICATION NUMBER Infiniti has assigned identification number P9333 to this campaign. This number must appear on all communication and documentation of any nature dealing with this campaign. DEALER RESPONSIBILITY Retailers are to repair vehicles falling within range of this campaign that enter the service department. This includes vehicles purchased from private parties, vehicles presented by transient (tourists) owners, and vehicles in a retailer’s inventory.

ITB19-0132019-06-24. Service bulletin. LANE DEPARTURE: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA; EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL. AEB WARNING LIGHT BLINKING This bulletin applies only to vehicles equipped with a lane camera. SERVICE INFORMATION If the AEB warning light is blinking (but not illuminated steadily) or the customer states it is blinking, and there are no related DTCs, inspect the windshield. A blinking AEB warning light may occur under the following conditions: - When contamination or foreign material adhere to the lane camera viewing window on the windshield - When driving while it is snowing or when frost forms on the lane camera viewing window on the windshield - When the lane camera viewing window on the windshield is temporarily fogged up NOTE: - If DTCs are present in any of the following related systems: - Laser/Radar, - ICC/ADAS, or - Lane Camera, Refer to the related Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for diagnosis. - Refer to the following pages for further information.
