Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Santa Cruz, Tucson, Tucson Hybrid, and Tucson Plug-In Hybrid Electric (PHEV) vehicles. Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20262382026-05-19. Other. Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem with the front camera could cause the forward collision avoidance (FCA) system to apply the vehicle's brakes suddenly. Note: For the Tucson model, this recall affects gas, hybrid (HEV) and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) models. Safety Risk: A vehicle that brakes suddenly when there's no risk of a collision could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Hyundai will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the front camera software.
20256462025-11-20. Airbag. Issue: On certain vehicles, the side curtain airbags may not have been installed properly. As a result, the airbag(s) may not inflate properly in a crash. Safety Risk: A side curtain airbag that doesn't work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Hyundai will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to reinstall the side curtain airbags properly.
20247082024-11-20. Electrical. Issue: On certain vehicles, the wiring for the center console extension may not have been routed properly. As a result, the wiring could contact the release for the shift lever lock. If this happens, the transmission could be shifted out of the Park (P) position without pressing the brake pedal. Safety Risk: A vehicle that moves suddenly could create the risk of an injury or a crash. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Hyundai recommends that you should always use the parking brake when you park. Hyundai will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to reroute the center console extension wiring.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
