Service bulletins for the 2018 Honda Odyssey

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

278 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

ONL6GB012620222022-02-04. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. Owner Notification Letter - On February 22, 2022, the 3G network will no longer support the in-vehicle services that previously were supported for your vehicle. The Telematics Control Unit (TCU) in your vehicle must be updated using the Over the Air (OTA) update to connect to the VoLTE network to continue communications. Honda strongly recommends updating your vehicle as soon as possible. After February 22, 2022, restoring services will require a customer pay TCU replacement performed by a service technician at an authorized dealer.
AJA178812021-09-09. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. Job Aid - This job aid contains information on the MOST Bus Network and troubleshooting information for common problems.
A18070D2018-08-06. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL; ENGINE; EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL. Servicenews article - Until recently, Tech Line had only two categories for auto idle stop system issues. That made it hard for our engineering staff to understand what was specifically inhibiting the system. To help with this, Tech Line has added more categories to match what's listed in the service information. As a result, when calling them for an auto idle stop issue, you must now send a snapshot. Tech Line needs it for troubleshooting and won't be able to help unless you do.
