Technician are advised to use PICO software to determine root cause of the concern. If torque converter shudder is confirmed and no debris is found in the transmission fluid pan the technicians are instructed to flush the transmission fluid three times. If debris is found in the transmission fluid pan the technicians are instructed to also replace the torque converter.

Dealer should communicate to the customer that we apologize for this inconvenience and that General Motors is working on a solution for this concern.
